Her extensive knowledge and background in the insurance industry have made her a trusted expert in helping clients protect what matters most.

Prior to her work in insurance, Erica demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by owning and operating a beauty salon in Boynton Beach, FL, from 2007 to 2012. Her leadership skills were further honed during a decade-long tenure as Director of Operations for Marriott International, where she excelled in optimizing team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Outside of her professional achievements, Erica is a devoted mother to her 4-year-old daughter, who is the light of her life. She treasures spending time with family, traveling, and creating cherished memories as she raises her daughter. With a passion for growth and connection, Erica brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and warmth to every endeavor she undertakes.
