Aryeh Meiteles

Aryeh Meiteles is the Managing Director of the Debt & Equity team, overseeing loan origination and capital placement.

Collaborating closely with underwriters and real estate executives, Aryeh plans and executes top-tier Commercial & Multifamily loans nationwide. Aryeh’s versatility extends to working with various lenders, such as Agency, CMBS, Banks and Hard money.

With over a decade of experience in commercial mortgage finance at Meridian Capital Group, Aryeh has closed over half a billion dollars in financing across diverse asset classes, including multifamily, commercial, hospitality and medical assets.

Aryeh graduated with a BBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and resides in Boca Raton, FL, with his wife and four children.
