Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has made three new executive appointments, the latest update among the pharmacy company’s ongoing leadership changes.
WBA appointed Mary Langowski as executive VP and president of U.S. healthcare. She succeeds John Driscoll, who will transition to a senior advisory role. Langowski joins WBA from Solera Health, a value-based technology business serving payers and employers, where she spent six years and was appointed CEO in 2020.
Manmohan Mahajan was named executive VP and global CFO. He has served as interim CFO since July 2023, after joining Walgreens in 2016. Elizabeth Burger has been appointed executive VP and chief human resources officer. Prior to joining WBA, Burger served as senior vice president, CHRO at Flowserve, a provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets.
Langowski, Mahajan and Burger will report directly to Walgreens CEO Tim Wentworth and join WBA’s current executive committee.
