Sola Salon Studios, the largest salon studio business in the U.S., has secured a lease for a new location in the Flatiron District at 50 West 17th Street. Occupying 7,200 square feet on the fifth floor, the space will provide 20 to 40 fully-equipped private salon studios for independent beauty professionals.  

“We’re thrilled to launch a beautiful fifth floor space in Flatiron this Spring to complement our existing Midtown East location,” said Karl Baumert, owner of Sola Salon Studios Manhattan. “At this newest location, we intend to offer both our traditional 24/7-365 space as well as more flexible membership options to support the independent businesses of local beauty professionals.” 

Tommy Botsaris of Colliers represented the tenant, while Christopher Okada and Thomas Capuano of Okada & Company represented landlord Argo Real Estate. Expected to open in Spring 2024, Sola Salon Studios Flatiron is currently accepting leasing reservations.
