The County of Orange has signed a long-term lease with Drawbridge Realty to occupy approximately 70,000 square feet at 1700 E. St Andrew Pl., located one block from the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. Lease terms were not disclsoed.

Mike Embree, managing director and SVP, Drawbridge Realty, said, “1700 E. St Andrew is a quality building which suits a wide range of office and R&D users. We’re delighted that the County of Orange, a AAA/AA+-rated municipality, sees value in the building. We look forward to welcoming the County this summer following the completion of interior improvements to customize the space for their particular needs.”
