JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group facilitated the sale of the Aloft/Element Arundel Mills BWI Airport hotel in Hanover, Maryland, to Spark GHC. The dual-branded hotel, featuring 142 guestrooms for Aloft and 147 for Element, boasts amenities like an indoor pool, fitness center, and meeting space.  

Located near State Route 100 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, it offers access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Fort Meade, and BWI Airport. JLL’s Capital Markets team, led by Ketan Patel and KC Patel, along with Phil White, handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
