Farbman Group has taken over management of Fifth Third Center, a 508,397-square-foot property in downtown Cleveland. Located at 600 Superior Avenue, Fifth Third Center is a 27-story, Class-A office in the heart of the city, surrounded by retail, entertainment and residential options.
“We are thrilled to add this important Class-A office property to Farbman Group’s Midwest management portfolio at a time when we see a bright future for the Cleveland market,” said Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group. “Our team will maximize the potential of Fifth Third Center while working with ownership to streamline operational efficiencies and drive new leasing opportunities to the building.”
The building was designed by Baltimore architect RTKL Associates, and remains a desirable office location due to its proximity along Cleveland’s historic Superior Avenue and the city’s core. Major tenants include Fifth Third Bank, McDonald Hopkins, HWH Architects Engineers Planners and Brouse McDowell.
