BDP Holdings LLC and JLL are launching The Iris, a new 130,000-square-foot office development in Montclair, NJ. Located at 641 Bloomfield Ave., The Iris will feature 124,000 square feet of office space across three floors, along with 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and mezzanine space, and parking for 277 vehicles.
Designed by Gensler, the project offers tenants access to restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries in downtown Montclair. Vertical construction is expected to start within 18 months of site plan approval, catering to the growing demand for new office space in Montclair.
