204K-SF Coral Springs Office Building Sells for $30M

The Bristol Group sold University Place at City Center at 3115 N. University Drive for $30 million to Essig Holdings. Essig Holdings already has plans underway to build out high-end office suites within the 204,810-square-foot, 40-year-old office building.

The S. Florida Business Journal reports the 6.04-acre property, then known as the Preferred Exchange Tower, was acquired out of foreclosure by Bristol in December 2013 for $12.6 million. Its amenities include a fitness center, onsite restaurants, modernized common areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a modern plug & play call center.

University Place’s tenants include travel agent network Cruise Planners as well as restaurants such as Tap 42, Craft Kitchen & Bar, Playa Bowls, and Embarcadero 41.

Darcie Lunsford and Caroline Fleischer of Colliers will lease and market University Place on behalf of Essig Holdings.

Bristol Group says it has acquired, re-positioned and developed over $3 billion of real estate.
