  • Codina Partners has promoted Luis Castellon to Executive Vice President of Development. Castellon played a role in Codina Partners’ residential project management and construction administration. In his new role, Castellon will oversee all aspects of development operations across every sector of Codina’s expanding portfolio, which currently includes transformational projects like Downtown Doral, Regency Parc, and the former Sears site at Westland Mall.
  • Stacy Miller Menendez has joined Atlantic Retail’s Orlando office as Senior Vice President. Stacy brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the team, including project development, landlord and tenant representation, asset sales, and land sales. Over the past 10 years, she has been involved in the completion of seven ground-up shopping centers, six major redevelopments, and hundreds of leases.
  • Eric Fixler has been hired as managing director of Northmarq’s Debt + Equity team. He brings 20 years of sourcing debt and equity expertise and expertise in working with clients, including individual investors, family offices and large institutions. He previously served as managing director of real estate capital markets at Regions Bank, held senior roles at CBRE, and, for 16 years, was principal of EF Capital.
  • Greg Marx has joined Northmarq as the newest member of its National Student Housing team. He is a senior vice president based in Clearwater, Florida, and focuses on institutional student housing investment sales and advisory, and debt and equity originations. Previously employed at Artisan Capital Group as an EVP, Greg brings over 15 years of experience to Northmarq with a strong background in sourcing off-market deals, raising joint venture equity, and facilitating senior and bridge debt financing.
  • Julie Ferguson has been promoted to Southern Division President at Ryan Companies US. Since joining in 2019 as SVP of Senior Living, Ferguson has doubled the number of senior living units in the company’s portfolio and oversaw assets valued at $2 billion. In her new role, Ferguson will lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence in Ryan’s Texas, Georgia and Florida offices and continue overseeing the senior living portfolio.
