Abacus Converting Palm Beach Gardens Offices to Apartments

Abacus Capital Group paid $32.5 million for a pair of Palm Beach Gardens office buildings with plans to build an apartment complex. Daniel Catalfumo was the seller. He bought the offices for $18.38 million in 2022. The site currently has office buildings of 48,000 square feet and 9,000 square feet. PGA Building 9 and 10 at 11025 RCA Center Drive will be demolished to make way for 620 apartments in two buildings.

The two apartment buildings will be 13 stories each and include parking garages with about 975 spaces. Each building would have a rooftop pool deck, a fitness room, a game room, a club room and a coworking space. One building would have a half basketball court, and the other would have two pickleball courts.

Corwil Architects in Coral Gables designed the project.

This will be the second phase of multifamily development at the PGA Station Business Park. Richman Group of Companies developed the first phase, which included 396 units.
