Miami’s Brickell Lands Another Condo Project

The trio of Aria Development Group, Largo and Place Projects have razed a shuttered Brickell apartment complex and are now building a 105-unit condo development. The 2200 Brickell condo has prices starting at $1.2 million. The high-end Miami area has seen numerous condo projects get underway of late.

The S. Florida Business Journal reports the property was acquired for $12.75 million in 2021, and the group obtained a $77 million construction loan from Bank OZK late last year. The condos will range in size from 590 square feet with one bedroom to 1,846 square feet with four bedrooms, as well as larger villa-style units.

Amenities at 2200 Brickell will include a rooftop pool and outdoor spa, a pickleball court, a summer kitchen, an outdoor fitness center, an indoor fitness center, and electric vehicle charging stations.

The condos should be completed in 2026. Miami-based Ortega Construction Co. is the general contractor.
