The Feil Organization has secured a $23.5 million refinancing for Home Depot Shopping Center in Elmont, NY, from Principal Asset Management.  

Situated at 600 Hempstead Turnpike off the Cross Island Parkway, the Home Depot Shopping Center spans 269,490 square feet. With a 100% lease occupancy, the retail center features major tenants such as Home Depot, Marshalls, and Target. The Feil Organization has owned this asset since 1992. 

“Considering the current state of the lending market, this deal showcases our ability to secure attractive financing and reaffirms the strong appetite for well-located retail properties with great tenants in Nassau County,” said Brian Feil, principal at the Feil Organization.
