- Ryan Companies appointed Domingos Garcia as Director of Architecture for its Southeast region. He will also oversee architectural projects out of the company’s Atlanta and Tampa offices. To date, Garcia has contributed to more than 177 million square feet of projects across the world.
- The Courtyard Jacksonville Butler Boulevard sold for $15 million to Lenoir Hospitality. The property is at 4670 S. Lenoir Ave. Previous ownership was Jacksonville JTB Hotel Limited Partnership. The five-story, 137-room Courtyard on the Southside was built in 1997.
- Related Ross will renovate Phillips Point, a 449,000-square-foot complex office property in West Palm Beach, built in 1985. The makeover will cost more than $100 million. Roger Ferris + Architects will design the project. The company paid $281.85 million for Phillips Point in 2021.
- Basis Industrial bought Chancellor Square at 2400 Sand Lake Road and 8100-8500 Chancellor Drive in Orlando from B Group Capital Management for $20 million. The 11-acre site features three single-story, flex space buildings, each 44,337 square feet, 40,490 square feet and 60,800 square feet, all built in 1982.
- Sun Belle sold a 77,607-square-foot cold storage warehouse for produce near Miami International Airport for $25.75 million. The seller leased it back. IP Capital Partners purchased the warehouse at 2323 N.W. 72nd Ave., which equated to $332 per square foot.
