  • Baron Property Group started work on Metro Parc North, a Class-A multifamily asset in Hialeah. KAST Construction will lead construction, which is expected to be completed in Q3 2027. Designed by Modis Architects, Metro Parc North will offer 661 rental residences. It is located next to Metro Parc, Baron Property Group’s 559-unit residential development with over 15,000 square feet of retail.
  • Fifield Cos. is welcoming its first residents to Avida Aventura, Aventura’s newest 266-unit apartment community at 19401 W. Dixie Highway. Offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, apartments at Avida range from 470 to 1,400 square feet with rents starting at $2,200. Avida was designed by MSA Architects. Capital partners with Fifield Cos. on Avida include CrowdStreet, Suncorp and Bank OZK.
  • HLI Partners completed the Beachline Logistics Center, a new 439,945-square-foot industrial facility now available for lease. Located at 8660 Transport Drive, Orlando, the property is part of the 700-acre Sunbridge Business Park. A key feature is that it’s in a Foreign Trade Zone
  • Jacksonville non-profit Ability Housing received approval from the city to build seven apartment buildings with 120 affordable units at the former Lake Forest School of the Visual and Performing Arts at 901 Kennard St. Elkins Construction received the $15 million building permit for the Village at Lake Forest project. 
  • A 101,137-square-foot speculative warehouse is slated for construction at 2555 Ignition Drive in North Jacksonville. The $12.4 million build-to-suit project entails the construction of a light industrial building for warehousing and distribution. Arco Design/Build received the permit on behalf of the owner, Hazel Street Capital.
