Priced from $450,000 to $1.3 million, several units already successfully closed. ConnectCRE earlier reported that GCF Development secured a $133.5 million refinancing loan for Hollywood Circle, an approximately one million square feet mixed-use project. GCF Development refinanced the property through Deutsche Bank USA.
