Link Logistics sold four industrial properties in Sunrise for a combined $205.5 million. Elion Partners was the buyer.
The sellers spun off 791,618 square feet of space. The S. Florida Business Journal reports in the biggest transaction, the 390,022-square-foot Marina West Business Center at 13800 N.W. 2nd Street sold for $102.6 million. It was built on the 22.5-acre site in 2002 and last sold for $42.8 million in 2011.
The 202,693-square-foot International Center at 800 International Parkway traded for $49.6 million. It was constructed in 1994 on the 13.5-acre site.
The 139,047-square-foot Sunrise Distribution Center at 14599 N.W. 8th Street was purchased for $37.95 million and completed in 1995 on the 9.2-acre site.
Finally, the 59,856-square-foot Sawgrass Center at 13801 N.W. 4th Street sold for $15.35 million. It was built on the 3.8-acre site in 1987. This deal follows Blackstone/Link Logistics selling 26 South Florida warehouses to a different buyer in November for a combined $331.3 million.
