Taubco and Landau Properties have joined forces and closed on a construction loan for One Kane Concourse, a 125,000 square foot office building on Bay Harbor Islands. The two secured a $74 million dollar loan from 3650 Capital to finance the ground-up construction.
Located at 9551 E Bay Harbor Drive and diagonally across from the Bal Harbor Shops, the building will offer 75,000 square feet of office space and a ground-floor waterfront restaurant. The developers claim One Kane Concourse is the only Class A office building in Miami to offer private boat access and dockage. Each unit will have a terrace with outdoor space and views of Biscayne Bay. The seven-story building is designed by architect Luis Revuelta.
Construction will commence at the end of this month and slated for completion in late 2026.
Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman and Edward Quinon of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee office leasing efforts for the property.
