Newgard Development Group, in partnership with Two Roads Development, is set to develop the master-planned One Brickell Riverfront, featuring three high-rise towers in the heart of Miami’s financial district. The project is steps away from the Brickell City Centre. The expansive master plan encompasses approximately 2 million square feet and is projected to have a value of $1.5 billion.
The first of three towers, LOFTY Brickell, is currently under construction at 99 SW Seventh St. The 44-story high-rise, designed by Arquitectonica, offers 362 studios and one—and two-bedroom residences furnished by INC. The building’s 40,000 square feet of amenities include a private marina, an exclusive members-only social club, a resort-style pool deck, a modern fitness center, a full-service spa, an indoor cigar lounge, and expansive co-working and meeting spaces. More than 94% of its residences have already been sold.
The project team also includes general contractor G.T. McDonald and Cervera Real Estate, the exclusive sales and marketing partner.
