Pompano Beach Retail Center Trades for $33.1M

Pompano Beach Realty has spun off the Palm Aire Marketplace, a 143,291-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Pompano Beach. Longpoint Realty paid $33.1 million for the center, which is nearly fully leased. The 18-acre asset has two new long-term leases from Presidente Supermarket and dd’s DISCOUNTS, anchoring the center alongside established national brands like CVS, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Chase Bank and McDonald’s.

Colliers Harry Blyden and Bastian Schauer with the South Florida Investment Services Team, along with Ruben Suarez, Billy Weiser and Ariel Davis offered the property for sale on behalf of Pompano Realty USA, LLC.

The Property is located across from The Pomp, a new $2 billion mixed-use project on the 223-acre site of the former Pompano Park racetrack. The Pomp will feature entertainment venues, dining options, a hotel, luxury residential, retail, office space, and the expanded and remodeled Harrah’s Pompano Beach Casino and is expected to boost the local economy.
