ANF completed the second phase of Superior Manor Apartments, a 76-unit affordable housing development in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood. The $28 million development’s financing sources included $3 million from Miami-Dade County’s Surtax funding and $831,000 from the Development Inflation Adjustment Fund (DIAF).
Superior Manor Apartments Phase II provides affordable housing reserved for income-qualifying residents earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with rents ranging from $459 to $1,078. The development expands the existing 139-unit Phase I development completed in 2018, which primarily serves senior residents.
Located at 2349 NW 51st St., the second phase of Superior Manor Apartments consists of two four-story buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 750 to 1,400 square feet. Each apartment features private balconies and modern appliances. Residents benefit from an array of amenities, including a fitness center, community clubhouse with TVs and seating areas, tot lot, co-working spaces, and rooftop deck.
