Catalfumo and Richman Group plan to knock down two Palm Beach Gardens office buildings and replace them with two apartment buildings consisting of 620 units. This would be part of Phase II. The S. Florida Business Journal reports the first phase of 396 units is currently under construction after breaking ground in 2022. The Marc apartments are slated for completion later this year.
Each building would have a rooftop pool deck, a fitness room, a game room, a club room and coworking space. One building would have a half basketball court, and the other would have two pickleball courts.
The two buildings will be 13 stories each, plus parking garages with about 975 spaces. That would include 100 units of workforce housing. They would replace the office buildings of 48,000 square feet and 9,000 square feet at 11025 RCA Center Drive.
Corwil Architects in Coral Gables designed the project and Jupiter-based Cotleur & Hearing is the planning firm on the project.
