Linkvest Capital closed a $12.5 million construction loan for the second tower of Smart Brickell located at 258 SW 9th in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami. This mixed-use development comprises 100 residential units with a combined net livable area of 53,658 square feet.
Habitat Group has completed the first tower of the project. The second tower, featuring 50 luxury condominiums, 50 hotel units and four commercial spaces, is slated for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The comprehensive project encompasses three towers and 12,000 square feet of commercial space. All residences are delivered fully finished and furnished, equipped with smart features, terraces offering city views and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that enhance the overall living experience.
The project also boasts resort-style pools with bathing and sunbathing areas, spa and wellness center, fully equipped business center, fitness center and a rooftop bar.
