LV Lending announced the closing of a $16 million refinancing for a .69-acre development site located at 143 SW 9th St., between 2nd and 1st SW Avenue, in Brickell. This refinancing will advance the development of Menesse Brickell, a 39-story rental tower featuring 400 luxury apartments with an extensive array of amenities. The refinancing was arranged on behalf of the borrower, Menesse Brickell.
Menesse International LLC, a joint venture between Menesse Condos, Investee, and Miami-based Lucid Investment Group, is developing Menesse Brickell. The JV acquired the development site in July 2022 for $23.5 million and worked with architectural firm Behar Font to design the project. Construction is scheduled to commence in Q2 2024. There is currently a four-story apartment complex standing at the site (photo).
