Tequesta is right across from Jupiter Island, home to Tiger Woods and football coach Nic Saban. It’s one of the wealthiest enclaves in the US. So, when the Bella Villaggio townhouse rental complex recently sold, it was not a big surprise that the unit price almost topped $1 million. The rental community sold for $15 million, or $937,500 per unit. The 16 units are individually deeded as condos, but none were sold to individual buyers. The community includes a pool.
Located at 3770 County Line Road, the 16 townhouses were bought by Vox Real Estate Holdings, managed by Robert B. Cohen II of New York-based Hudson Capital. The South Florida Business Journal reports Levi Tennenhaus, the seller, bought the development for $9.6 million in 2021, a gain of over $5 million over two years. It was built in 2017.
The townhouses range from about 1,700 square feet to 2,200 square feet.
