It’s now just a non-descript corner business. But in a few years, it could look like this.
Bachow Ventures and Infinity Collective have teamed to acquire the Fort Lauderdale Goodyear tire shop and build something much grander. The joint venture paid $8 million for the property. Jeansusan Inc was the seller.
The property is located a block east of the Brightline passenger station and near the entrance to downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The S. Florida Business Journal reports the property currently has approval for 316 units and 5,000 square feet of retail, but the new owners are seeking more, probably around 370 units. Miami-based Cube 3 is the architect on the project.
