JLL has hired Kevin Probel and Kevin McCarthy as Senior Managing Directors based in West Palm Beach. Their focus will be on serving tenants and landlords by growing strategic, integrated, and comprehensive commercial real estate advisory and transaction services.

Matthew Lynch, who has spent his entire brokerage career at Atlantic Retail, has been named a Principal of the company’s West Palm Beach office. Joining the firm in 2013, he has become a leading retail broker in Florida with clients including Planet Fitness, Verizon Wireless, and Heartland Dental.

Private lender Vertix Group has welcomed Regina Garcia as a member of its advisory board. Garcia brings extensive experience in commercial real estate investments, with a focus on sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing transactions, to the position.

Miami-based Ocean Bank has hired veteran commercial lender Lawrence “Larry” Artman as Vice President and Factoring Business Development Officer in its International Department. Artman has worked with institutional and entrepreneurial leaders including Magnolia Financial, Heller Financial, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank.

Codina Partners has named Eric Blanco its new Vice President of Accounting and Finance. Blanco will oversee accounting and finance and advise on complex real estate transactions. Prior to joining Codina, Blanco was Principal for The Carlyle Group.
